By tippin' his shades, joe camel is saying "c'mon kid, smoke some cigs and quit being such a dick" and then when you finally take a smoke he smoothly says "bullseye"

RULES OF THE TIP
- glasses must be at least 40% opaque, or else they are not shades.
- whites of the eyes must be visible
- glasses must be at least halfway down nose.
- hand on the glasses is encouraged, but not required.
