This tip was obviously captured mid-shade-removal, but i'll allow it. Just pretend our commander-in-chief deliberately tipped his shades to America.

RULES OF THE TIP
- glasses must be at least 40% opaque, or else they are not shades.
- whites of the eyes must be visible
- glasses must be at least halfway down nose.
- hand on the glasses is encouraged, but not required.
